.@RepTedDeutch: 66% of Republicans and 85% of Dems want a constitutional amendment to overturn Citizens United. This is only a partisan issue in D.C. Everyone else in America knows we have to pass #HR1, overturn Citizens United and put the people back in charge of our democracy.
