- Tracking systems need: data upload, systems connected on both sides of the border, a willingness to be tracked.
- Designated routes: means that goods have to cross through ‘approved roads’ to stay legal. Q. What about the other 250-odd roads?

Otherwise they tend not to last long on the border, the focus of the target practice the PSNI has warned of.
