We know #Zuckerberg agreed to allow the Russians in. Did he also agree to publish black propaganda as part of an act of war? That would make a case of treason.

2. But RICO is what I would use.
Elements of RICO predicate offense of wire fraud:
United States v. Maxwell, 920 F.2d 1028, 1035 (D.C. Cir. 1990) ("Wire fraud requires proof of (1) a scheme to defraud; and (2) the use of an interstate wire communication to further the scheme.").

3. So the jury would be asked:
Did Zukerberg conspire to advance a scheme to defraud?
Did Zukerberg use interstate wire communications to further the scheme?
We know the second is easy. The first is what Mueller needs to look at.

4. My guess is that the Russians have talked about Zukerberg and the NSA has it. To stop the Russians, @Facebook must be seized. It's that simple. I think Mueller knows. He should charge management under RICO. Seize @Facebook assets under Civil RICO powers. Then clean it up and
