Again, I always question the validity and even the existence of every supposed Trump order or other written communication. I literally never believe in their existence until I see them, and never believe in their validity until they're vetted. You shouldn't either.
Seriously. Stop automatically believing in the existence and validity of Trump documents. Even the Congress--perhaps especially the Congress--should stop simply accepting written communications from "the president" without examination and a vote.
There's a lot that gets done in government, by necessity, based on the assumption that the president's written communications are valid.

This "president" gives us every reason to question every document.
It'll be a horrible bottleneck, but unless you've inspected the document and you've SEEN him sign it, you can't accept it.

No more written messages to Congress. You'll have to come to the Hill and sign it before witnesses. Sorry. You brought this on yourself.
Didn't the White House ev m decline to provide the document purporting to name Matt Whitaker acting Attorney General at some point?
All I have to go on with respect to Trump's purported declaration of a "national emergency" is his claim to have issued one, an electronic, unsigned copy of its supposed text, and a picture of him writing on a paper, but time stamped incorrectly.
How many times have we seen Trump absent-mindlessly start wandering out of the room before signing a document which was the purpose of convening the event he was bugging out of?
First thing in any lawsuit over this "emergency" declaration, or any other action, should be a demand of proof that the order in question even exists.
Even if you don't believe there's real reason to doubt every single Trump document or pronouncement, you should demand formal proof of the existence and validity of every Trump communication anyway, merely as a delaying tactic.

But you'll also be right, with shocking frequency!
I want to share this with everyone else.

No, this does not count. For another president, who doesn't have this problem, it probably would, though.

What we have here is the "president's" name typed at the end of what amounts to a blog post.
Two, or even three years of reporters tiptoeing around, insisting that the most that can safely be said is that Trump "allegedly made misleading statements," but still an automatic assumption that "the president has issued an order" or "signed a bill." No halting legalese there.
Hell, at this point I would demand a photo ID and a DNA test just to accept that its Trump speaking at an event.

(If you need one to vote, you need one to be president.)
C-SPAN viewers know that almost daily, the Congress is briefly interrupted by announcements from the doorkeeper that they have received "a message in writing from the president." These are ordinarily accepted immediately and without comment. Trump's should not be.
It's not hard work to sign documents properly. God forbid he should lift a finger to do the bare minimum required by the office.
