A big dream and a clear vision, and a little bit of nuttiness are required to take something from an idea stage all the way to creating something valuable.

3/ When I came out of heart surgery a few years ago the "get well" balloons in my room were from Rich Barton. Dude gets stuff done. I had low expectations that day since I figured most other people I knew were hoping I was dead.
4/ My last book (which has a chapter on Rich Barton) won a silver medal in the entrepreneur category.
