SCO says it didn't leak word of Stone's arrest in new filing.
Stone's reply drops the allegations of a pre-arrest leak altogether. It appears to now be down to a ticky-tack dispute about whether SCO posting the indictment on its website after Stone's arrest was contrary to the court's order. (Spoiler: It wasn't.)
The court's order, again, said that the Stone indictment "shall be unsealed" when Stone is in custody. It also says to inform the court when that happens so that the clerk can, you know, update PACER accordingly.

In general, the Mueller team has redacted the names of uncharged individuals. But Congressman Rohrabacher's name appears in headings on 7 separate pages of the proposed Manafort trial exhibits in Attachment G. Some examples:
I think this is probably just a miss, fwiw. @emptywheel found it first.
Some other congressional names, Durbin (13 pages) and Inhofe (5 pages), are found throughout the exhibits as well; usually these are used to identify a legislative document (e.g. the "Inhofe Amendment") that Manafort was lobbying for.

Manafort's 25 page sentencing memo is in. Nearly 850 pages with attachments.
From the main document, here's what those attachments are:
On first review, the SCO prosecutors have not used this sentencing memo to disclose either their theory of Manafort's role in 2016 or specifics relating to the election, e.g., the polling data shared w Kilimnik. We may yet find some hints, but it doesn't break much new ground.

This happened the day AFTER news broke of the arrest of an alleged white nationalist domestic terrorist, who prosecutors say feverishly searched online for news of an imminent “civil war,” stockpiled weapons, and drew up a target list of Democratic politicians and media figures.

#New PA cong. map increases D chance of winning the House majority by 4%. They only need a 6.8% generic ballot margin now (down from 7.7) to be favored.

Diff. will be closer to 10% in Nov when uncertainty from polls is ⬇️. Redraw is a very big deal.

One major reason the new PA map is such a big gain for Democrats is that it solidifies, not just tips, PA districts in Philly burbs. Also creates one additional vulnerable R district. (Easily seen in this map made by @JMilesColeman)
My forecasting model will have new PA map in the near future. This is not just a simple switch; it’s a coding redesign, restructuring of input, & drawing new geographic files. Takes a while (for me, a student).
