Picture a guy picking up your garbage every week getting 30 million dollars a year. Picture a person mowing lawns getting 30 million dollars a year. Picture a school teacher getting 30 million dollars a year. They are all worth more then what sports figures do.
We put a value on things that do nothing for us personally, while the things that we need, we choose to put little or no value on. Amazing. Why would a person rather spend 100 grand on box seats then hire 10 people to do work for them, for that same amount of money? 🤔🤔🤔🤔🙄🙄
Picture a baseball player hitting 50 home runs. Which one of those home runs helped you get your lawn mowed? Which one, helped you pay your bills? Which one taught your children how to read or write? Baseball, football, soccer, tennis, etc., while entertaining, less important!
Every time i think about paying money to go watch any sporting event, the first thing i think of is, why waste my money on something when i can put gas in my car instead, or food on my table. I do not idolize sports figures. They are not heroes. People who save lives are heroes!
You are one of those famous people who has lots of money right? You discover you need a body guard. Do you call one of the sports figures to come protect you? I don't think so. You call someone who is worth something. Someone who can save your life. Our society is backwards!
Don't you just love it when a sport announcer says a football player who is making a million dollars a game has earned their money when they catch 11 passes? I played football, i was able to catch really well. I did it for free. LOL! I was considered to be a good player. 🙄🙄🤣🤣
When kids ask me what do i think of certain sport figures, i tell them they are nothing but entertainment, but real heroes are like police officers, teachers, parents, etc. The people that make their lives better and safer. Our country needs to stop idolizing circus clowns.
