This is THE most embarrassing, absurd display on race. Ms. Patton, an unsworn witness, elevated from event planner to HUD official, stands as a "validator" for Donald Trump behind a white conservative who explains why the President could not be racist. This is ABSOLUTE madness.
Channelling Ms. Patton, @RepMarkMeadows explains that she (Patton) says she would never work for a racist. Meadows, who is white, says he has talked w/Trump in private & Trump has never said a racist word to him. So how can Cohen say that Trump is racist, he asks? This happened.
He now says it's racist for another Representative to suggest that Ms. Patton was brought in as a "prop."
