Russia Today's coverage of the OPCW FFM report is peak Russia Today. First, it wrongly claims the OPCW Fact Finding Mission can assign blame:
Then it leaps to anti-White Helmets propaganda
Then it cites claims the very OPCW FFM report its writing about has already shown are untrue.

One point I want to stress about the Douma attack is the OPCW FFM did some simulations of the impact sites, showing the damage done to the gas cylinders matched that of the impacts at the site.
For the conspiracy theorists this means that now the crafty rebels had to perfectly damage the gas cylinders and the surrounding area in a way that experts would later be able to analyse and get consistent results for how the cylinders were damaged and the impacts they caused.

New OPCW Fact Finding Mission report on Douma published, it's very long and detailed.

The OPCW FFM also examined the supposed chemical weapons labs the Syrian army showed off to reporters and activists, some of whom were gullible enough to believe them. I like this part in particular cc @DanKaszeta @Partisangirl
Back in April 2018 @arawnsley spoke to experts about the supposed chemical weapons lab found in Douma, who stated they weren't producing chemical weapons, as the OPCW now confirms bellingcat.com/news/mena/2018…

With all of the week's drama with Cohen and Trump's North Korea talks, it'll be interesting to see how the White House spins the OPCW report on Douma if it's released this week, as rumoured.
The White House statement claimed that along with chlorine "some additional information points to the regime also using the nerve agent sarin." To me, it seems very unlikely Sarin was used, just chlorine, so this statement might come back to haunt them whitehouse.gov/briefings-stat…
So even if the OPCW confirms chlorine use by the Syrian government, the White House could still be in for criticism for following the Douma attack with air strikes on targets in Syria because of their statement indicating they believed Sarin was used.
