1/ Manafort attorneys asking judge to reconsider her ruling that he lied about contacts w/ Konstantin Kilimnik in light of new info from Rick Gates. Why does this matter? It's been at the heart of the latest (and I would predict last) collusion innuendo.

2/ Manafort's alleged lie over sharing polling data w/ Kilimnuk has been called "the closest we’ve seen yet to real, live, actual collusion." (-Sen. Warner). If that's correct, IMO it underscores just how far we are from actual collusion.
3/ But regardless, now Manafort's attorneys appear to be challenging the basis for it. Man, those walls sure are having a tough time closing in.

.@chrislhayes claims "just the existence" of Manafort as Trump's campaign manager would be "a top 5 scandal of all time." 🤔 He also says "Manafort did collude with Russia" by sharing polling data w/ a Russian colleague. Yes, collusion w/ Russia must be the only explanation here.
Note the internal contradiction here: @chrislhayes argues "Manafort did collude w/ Russia" by citing the sharing of polling data for reasons, Chris later acknowledges, "we still don't know why." If we don't know why, how can we say he colluded? Might there be other explanations?
Why yes, there are other explanations. How about we start w/ fact that Mueller has not charged Manafort w/ collusion for sharing the polling data, nor claimed that it's evidence of collusion? Mueller has only claimed that the polling data issue is material to his probe.

1/ It’s taken an extremely strenuous 2-yr+ effort to ignore facts that undercut the Russiagate conspiracy theory. As #MuellerTime nears, conspiracy promoters are understandably moving the goalposts. The Q is not Trump’s PR response to Russian help, but whether he conspired in it:
2/ @chrislhayes’ “known facts” are off-base. DNI report accusing Russia of a pro-Trump influence effort came out in 1/2017. Even if DNI is right, Trump couldn’t “know” for sure “the Russians were illegally trying to help him” until 2 months after he won.
3/ Making a joke at presser notwithstanding (“Russia if you’re listening..”), I’m curious how even Trump “welcomed that help and encouraged it every chance he got.”

1/ Rep. Nadler's new "turbocharged" probe is billed as "potentially posing the biggest threat to date to [Trump's] presidency." I think it actually shows Dems doubling down on a "Resistance" that subordinates policy battles to futile partisan warfare. theatlantic.com/politics/archi…
2/ The motive is obvious, IMO: Dems have not done serious self-reflection since Trump beat them, & instead latched on to a Trump-Russia conspiracy theory that hasn't panned out. So what to do? As Mueller winds down, launch new probes to keep stringing liberals along.
3/ “turbocharged” & “supercharged” may sound impressive, especially if you like cartoons & toy ads, but what's the actual “big threat” to Trump? Well: "Several lines of inquiry that have been examined intensively by federal and congressional investigators for the past two years."

2. The no doubt deliberate fauxdactions warn others what OSC wants hidden.

Important in that they show what OSC is presently trying to redact:

1. A meeting in Spain with the GRU
2. About the Ukr plan
3. Handed Trump polling data over
4. Ongoing contacts w Trump campaign
3. What are the cumulative implications of those redactions?

a) that Manafort continued to act for Trump
b) that in that capacity he received polling help from Russian intelligence
c) in exchange for the same sanctions relief on Ukraine Cohen was working on

That's collusion.
