After a fourth day of testimony before Congress, Michael Cohen says he "will continue to cooperate to the fullest extent of my capabilities."
Today was supposed to be the day Cohen reported to federal prison. Instead, he spent it giving Congress documents and testimony about his former boss, President Trump.
Rep. Adam Schiff, the intelligence committee's chairman, says Cohen "provided important testimony and materials relevant to the core of our probe and that will allow us to advance our investigation substantially." He didn't elaborate.

Judge Amy Berman Jackson is basically accusing Roger Stone of using court filings to promote his forthcoming book, and she's not pleased.
Judge Jackson isn't ordering Stone not to sell his book, but she pretty strongly suggests that doing so would violate the gag order in his case: "He may no longer share his views on these particular subjects."

This is a remarkable interview. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo won't say whether he believes Kim Jong Un knew about the harsh treatment that led to Otto Warmbier's death.

Pompeo appeared to learn of North Korea's diplomatic response to the halted summit during the interview. His first reaction was to tell the reporter: "Don't say things that aren't true." She showed him the quote from Ri Yong Ho.
And Pompeo said he didn't think the president's praise for despots undercut the United States' commitment to human rights.

DOJ says in a new court filing that there are still some portions of James Comey’s memos whose disclosure would “interfere with the pending investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election.”
DOJ says "there is no evidence that the FBI is solely (or even) concerned with allowing President Trump" or his representatives access to the information it says must remain secret.
An FBI official said in a declaration dated yesterday that some of its reasons for wanting the information to remain secret must also be kept secret, because they would reveal "the focus and scope" of Mueller's probe and "if disclosed now" might harm that investigation.

I think I see a problem emerging for Felix Sater.

Today, Michael #Cohen said that Trump was not telling the truth about Russia.

But #Sater has said for months that he knew of no collusion and was even skeptical that there was any. 1/3
