DOJ says in a new court filing that there are still some portions of James Comey’s memos whose disclosure would “interfere with the pending investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election.”
DOJ says "there is no evidence that the FBI is solely (or even) concerned with allowing President Trump" or his representatives access to the information it says must remain secret. 
An FBI official said in a declaration dated yesterday that some of its reasons for wanting the information to remain secret must also be kept secret, because they would reveal "the focus and scope" of Mueller's probe and "if disclosed now" might harm that investigation.
The FBI official who supervises the agents assigned to Mueller's office says "Former FBI Director James A. Comey is █████████████."
In an older declaration, that FBI official said any disclosure of Comey's memos would reveal information about a confidential source, which "would restrict the ability of the FBI to continue to investigate and collect evidence" in the Russia probe.
