So when bad faith GOP politicians & bad faith conservative media outlets and journos attack the left, Muslims, Palestinians, etc, for alleged anti-Semitism, what's the best way of showing how cynical and hypocritical their attacks are?

This is not 'whataboutism'. Anti-Semitism exists and should be challenged, where it's found. But bad faith conservatives have not a leg to stand on here and should be called out by the rest of us for their brazen hypocrisy on this issue. Thanks.

Yes, AIPAC doesn't do direct donations to candidates but, as I explain in my piece, it still helps raise tons of cash for candidates, and I even mention how @tomfriedman of all people explained it to me, very bluntly, back in 2013:

So, on the whole @IlhanMN controversy, I wanted to do this #thread pointing out the absurdity of saying it's off limits to mention money and support for Israel, when the US media (rightly) does mention money, influence-peddling & lobbying when it comes to Saudi Arabia and DC.

2. This isn’t to say partisanship, poor behavior, even corruption isn’t a both-sides problem. It is. But, a zero-sum interpretation is ridiculous. We have never had a POTUS that was as corrupt, unethical, untruthful and unhinged as Trump.

To move rightward, is about the desire to conserve, hence #conservative. In order to want to conserve, you have to have something you want to conserve. If all you have is debt and more #debt, what the heck do you have to conserve? @sapinker
The progression to more right with age is a historically temporary #American phenomenon born out of the fact that #boomers acquired increasing affluence because of the society in which they found themselves as a result of the #NewDeal & #progressive policies which they inherited
Having been born on third base and believing they had hit a triple, as a generation, they decided to slow this #wealth distribution thing down a little and now we find ourselves where we find ourselves. The move rightwards requires something to conserve.

2. Two consistent platform features push diametrically against each other. An adherence to the failed 'Trickle Down Economics' model & Deregulation. Your core desire for small government will result in failure of your economic plan every time. The #GOPTaxScam will be disasterous.
3. Your model fails because you stack the deck for those at the top and then sit back touting your laissez-faire foundation, just hoping your 'plan' is going to magically happen in a socially beneficial way - and, repeatedly, it doesn't. Why not?
