For the first time ever, movers and shakers met to discuss #data needs, available #policy options and the opportunities for different sectors in the transition towards #healthy and #sustainable #foodsystems in the #Baltic region

Participants jointly mapped forces at play in transition to more sustainable & healthy diets in Baltic region which ensured:
🌟High levels of participation and local ownership
🌟Common narrative & theory of change
🌟Better understanding of priority areas + system leverage points

With agreement on the urgency to act and the system leverage points, 3 joint projecs were conceived:
🍽️🌍 Define & develop criteria for sustainble healthy Baltic diet
💻👩‍🔬 Coordinate existing data across the region
🌬️💡Create Baltic future food “lab” for new innovative ideas
