I'm not sure why David Miliband is on the radio. But he's right: Brexit squeezes out policy debate on climate change, tax reform, poverty wages - and all else.

And we don't discuss anything. We just yell at each other. And, if Brexit happens, we'll carry on for the next decade.
I don't wanna be rude. But the notion Brexit has, somehow, delivered a flowering renaissance of original and nuanced policy responses to the ways we're failing as a society is amongst the most bizarre things I've heard in recent times. And it's rather a crowded field.
Still, this stuff gives useful cover to those who need a figleaf for political expediency (Flint) or to distract the gullible from Dear Leader's rumoured desire for a Brexit catastrophe to help get himself into Number 10 and deliver a socialist paradise (Jones).

So there's that.
