1. Barr Letter does not exonerate Trump on obstruction and doesn't even address Trump conduct post-inauguration that he is working for Russia and how he concealed his business dealings with the Kremlin. Did Mueller's assignment include that?

2. Also, it says Mueller has no pending sealed indictments but did't say the DOJ doesn't have Russia attack related sealed indictments. Why not?

Nothing on money that we know was going into the NRA. Absent the full release to the House soon, Barr cover-up will be suspected.

3. On 6(e) material, that is an Art. III court equity and @SpeakerPelosi @RepJerryNadler just need to apply to the district court to waive it and to unseal everything that does not include intelligence sources and methods or intimate factual details. Barr can do it even easier.

4. On Barr's overnight decision Trump won't be indicted: my mother would say "the fix is in."

What the letter is saying is that the Mueller groundhog came out of its hole saw its shadow and we will have 20 months of obstruction impeachment.

Barr is hiding something. 100%

5. Barr letter falsely states existing law. I wrote an obstruction jury question. It's how I analyze a statute.
Barr cites Mueller on pg. 3 "no actions that, in our judgment, constitute obstructive conduct, has a nexus to a pending or contemplated proceeding." Big deal? No.

6. Here is excerpt from 3rd Circuit obstruction witness tampering instruction. "Nexus" is not element of offence. Barr is deceiving you. Don't put on "legal experts" like @JoeNBC who don't actually know the law. @MSNBC @maddow @Lawrence

7. I'm sure Mueller knows that's not an element of tampering. He may regret being so thorough in his report. An unnecessary fact allows a fraud to be advanced. But the elements are fairly well known and I don't think I'm the only person who knows them. Every DC prosecutor does.

8. The Mueller report, as described by Barr in his letter, did not address, and was worded in a manner that would exclude, the Trump Emiratis Russian Saudi proliferation scheme. I believe that investigation was pending in the EDVA and was what Comey disclosed in March 2017.

9. Link to my September 13, 2017 reporting about what I've thought was the actual "underlying conduct" Flynn engaged in that was not related to the Russian attack beyond involving Russian nuclear material. It appears that Mueller was not looking at this.
