1. I am fairly certain that Trump shut down the Mueller probe. Once it was locked in with date certain @WhiteHouse tasked Trump's Soviet style propaganda machine to prepare for disinformation memo Barr delivered, but he did it a day late. They're struggling to get back on track.
2. One good counter is to push "What is Mitch Hiding?" Push McConnell as an enemy influence agent. Run it daily in Kentucky. Don't be nice. Call him a traitor. For Trump, remember Barr tried his best but he still had to say Trump was not exonerated for obstruction. Push 24/7.
3. @PhilipRucker said some in @TheDemocrats caucus want to move on. Who? We need names so they can be identified to their voters as supporting the hiding of the Russian attack evidence. Make breaking ranks carry a price. Facing defeat in a primary.
4. Facts:
We were attacked.
Trump campaign knew
Trump campaign did not report it.

Conclusion:
Trump campaign violated 18 USC 4 Misprision of Felony

Make 2020 about health care and econ but keep Trump family treason on stove at a simmer. It's going to come to a boil soon. 😎

When I look at entire set of facts since Friday pm I'm starting to think Barr is now just buying time. There are likely too many witnesses who know what's in the #MuellerReport to lie for long. A couple of weeks, tops. Eventually he'll have to let a a judge view it in camera.
And Mueller is watching all this. Is he willing to have his good name dragged though a cover up? I think that is unlikely. So what's Barr's plan?

Delay. Something else is going to change the board soon. Reporting from the DC court says April 15 may have some significance.
That's about how long Barr can likely stall. @SpeakerPelosi isn't going to shift focus from legislation to impeachment. She's right. But the base will be howling if a week passes with nothing produced. @RepJerryNadler will have to go to court. Fed judge will get it in camera.

1. I have a distinct recollection from perhaps year or more ago, Mueller announced he was only going to issue a report on obstruction. I agreed. I believe that crimes committed while President should only be reported to congress. Immunity isn't just Barr's crazy theory. It exists
2. in many presidential contexts. Addressing its application is, in part, a political question not appropriate for the district court to sort out. That's Congress' job. But crimes committed before inauguration are different.
3. As I mentioned, I was left with the impression Mueller would charge those crimes.

So what did Barr say about Russia? He said that he did not find that Trump or people associated with the campaign, "conspired or coordinated with Russia..." But Mueller was tasked with more. Page from Barr letter on Russia with yellow highlighting

1. @senatemajldr has now tied every @SenateGOP running in 2020 to Barr's cover up. Here's the @GOP members up in 2020 noting one is already heading to greener $$$ pastures. We need to put each on record about the #MuellerReport. This is the job of our soon to not be free press. 2020 Senate GOP class.

2. The Twitter account has been removed. It's old news. There is nothing discrediting to Mueller's investigation in the fact that the Russians stole the files. If anything, it confirms that, yes, Russians hack.

I'm less worried about Mueller being fired than about Mueller showing conclusive evidence of criminal acts and there being no repercussions for the incriminated
Trump confessed to obstruction of justice multiple times. Kushner and Sessions were caught lying on their clearance forms about foreign contacts.

Those are merely two examples of open, serious offenses for which there's been no penalty.
Picking up where this thread left off: many anticipate firing of Mueller as a breaking point that will spur protests and sink Trump. Do not count on that.
