I'm betting it is the son of AG Bill Bar's former DAG Terwilliger. Zachary Terwilliger, US Attorney for Eastern Virginia. He is the perfect one to trust with this case! With for AD for CI Coleman running the Norfolk FBI &
Mueller's head FBI agent, David Archey running the Richmond office! ("former" AD not "for" above) Terwilliger served as the DOJ AUSA assigned to Sen. Grassley's judiciary committee who was investigating DOJ misconduct before Spygate. Terwilliger then became RR's Chief of Staff.
Terwilliger took over as USA for EDVA from Dana Boente, the USA that Obama restructured DOJ succession planning to keep him from being in charge of the DOJ. If that is the 'new' plan, it looks like it was set up several years ago...
