1/ For those asking re: Manafort-polling data aka one of Russagaters' last hopes: Mueller has never claimed that Manafort sharing polling data w/ Kilimnik is evidence of collusion. Mueller only claimed that the polling data issue is material to his probe -- very different.
2/ Judge never ruled Kilimnik is Russian intel. She in fact said: "Whether Kilimnik is tied to Russian intelligence or he’s not… I have not been provided w/ the evidence that I would need to decide." ABJ only ruled Manafort’s alleged lie is material to scope of Mueller inquiry. 
3/ On what basis did ABJ make that ruling? The language in Mueller’s appointment order, she said, "is sufficiently broad to get over the relatively low hurdle of materiality in this instance."
4/ After that, the source for the polling data claim, Rick Gates contacted Mueller to change his testimony in a way that was reportedly favorable to Manafort's story about it: (nytimes.com/2019/02/27/us/…).
5) Judge ABJ still ruled at Manafort's sentencing that he lied about it to Mueller. But Mueller also dropped the issue -- it made zero appearance in either of Manafort's two sentencing memos. We'll see what is said on it in the Mueller report.
