300 pp. is pretty short, and underscores—along with the revelation that Mueller gave only a cursory interview to Russian spy Maria Butina, who interacted with members of Trump's campaign directly and indirectly—that Mueller had a narrow conspiracy focus on the collusion question.
1/ We can't know, but if Barr is right that Mueller a) worked mostly off public records on Obstruction, and b) focused tightly on the conspiracy issue within the broader collusion question, there could be a surprisingly *robust* report here on *conspiracy* (again—a narrow topic).
2/ "More than 300 pp." could end up meaning "more than 400" or "more than 500" (and so on), but that'd be an odd way to express it, then. My point is that if you thought Mueller was going to cover bribery, aiding/abetting, MBS, MBZ (et. al.) in ~300 pp., I don't see how he could.
