And they're content to let Western ideals of equality, Western feminism, etc. be used as bogeymen for Russian reactionaries, while coaching those reactionaries and pouring money into their endeavors. 
And of course the Koch brothers are involved, even if tangentially.

Now, look, all of the countries on which evangelicals have been focusing aren't passive or helpless in this. And in each of these cases, evangelical groups partnered with local organizations with whom they had shared interests.
But money makes things happen. And the fact that they've been putting money into supporting far-right groups in so many different parts of the world *matters.*
