NEW: AG Bill Barr told Congress today that he anticipates releasing special counsel Robert Mueller's report by mid-April, "if not sooner." The report is nearly 400 pages, Barr says
Highlights from Barr's letter:
- There are no plans to submit the report to the White House for a privilege review
- That ~400-page count doesn't include tables and appendices
- Barr proposes testifying before the Senate/House in early May
Barr ID's four categories of redactions:
1. Grand jury info
2. Intel compromising sources/methods
3. Info that could affect ongoing matters
4. Info that would "unduly infringe" on personal privacy/reputational interests of third parties
Barr stresses that his four-page letter was not a "summary" of the report — it was a summary of Mueller's principal conclusions.

"I do not believe it would be in the public's interest for me to attempt to summarize the full report or to release it in serial or piecemeal fashion"
Mark your calendars: Sen. Graham accepts AG Barr's proposal to testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee on May 1 (Barr is expected to release some version of Robert Mueller's report by mid-April)
Rep. Nadler is digging in, saying they are still demanding that AG Barr submit Robert Mueller's full report, without redactions, by April 2. He also says they'll consider Barr's offer to testify on May 2, but they want him to come in sooner
