It’s not complicated why Kushner was denied security clearance

-His dealings w Leviev from Prevezon (remember the money laundering case that was suddenly settled in NY w Veselnitskaya from Trump Tower representing them)
-Back channel to Russia through their facility
-MbS
-Qatar
Why Kushner still has clearance since 2017 despite his everything being known is the bigger question. Btw Leviev is very close with Putin as is Abramovich who Ivanka and Jared are friends with for years.
Ivanka should have never been handed clearance after her money laundering Baku deal, Panama, Russian associations, Chinese trademarks, etc. She has been corrupt for decades
Kushner never established a back channel but was discussing it

.@maddow Besides doing business in Azerbaijan (Agalarov’s country) w a family associated with Iran’s Revolutionary guard that he designated as a terrorist organization today, trump was also doing business in Indonesia w a partner who was dealing w ISIS.

WOW, this looks another big, global corruption scandal to keep a close eye on.

It involves a medical service and product supplier, Fresenius Medical Care, who is based in Germany, and the bribery of MANY government officials all over the globe.

Fresenius has agreed to pay $231 million to resolve investigations by the DOJ and SEC for violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) involving bribery to get business in a slew of countries.
They entered into a non-prosecution agreement in exchange for paying fines AND continuing to COOPERATE in the DOJ's investigation, which means they will flip on their own, as @DawsonSField always makes note of in the cases of the big, corrupt banks and law firms.
