WOW, this looks another big, global corruption scandal to keep a close eye on.

It involves a medical service and product supplier, Fresenius Medical Care, who is based in Germany, and the bribery of MANY government officials all over the globe.

#ButNothingsHappening
Fresenius has agreed to pay $231 million to resolve investigations by the DOJ and SEC for violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) involving bribery to get business in a slew of countries.
They entered into a non-prosecution agreement in exchange for paying fines AND continuing to COOPERATE in the DOJ's investigation, which means they will flip on their own, as @DawsonSField always makes note of in the cases of the big, corrupt banks and law firms.
It looks like they were involved in some sort of bribery and/or corruption in at least 13 countries:

Angola
Saudi Arabia
Morocco
Spain
Turkey
Benin
Burkina Faso
Cameroon
Ivory Coast
Niger
Gabon
Chad
Senegal
Here's the Fresenius website

LMAO.....here's more from their homepage

"We care about the patient"

NO, you don't. You care about the MONEY. 💰
Oh gee, Fresenius even has their own PAC here in the US.

FRESENIUS MEDICAL CARE NORTH AMERICA PAC located in...where else, but Washington, DC.

BTW...I just did a search on "Fresenius" and found a TON of local kidney dialysis centers in my area are owned by them, including inside the hospitals near me.
They sure donate to a lot of people in Congress on both sides.

Here are the recipients of their biggest donations:

This is just ONE company related to healthcare. Now imagine ALL the others that also donate and then think about why they don't want to fix healthcare.
In February 2019, the FTC made Fresnius divest all rights and assets related to NxStage’s bloodline tubing set business due to a merger. Hmm, why does that tubing stuff sound familiar?

Of course anytime I see this big corruption probes, I have to think of the Clintons/Clinton Foundation. I don't know yet if they have any links back to this, but I did find this private investment firm, SilverArrow Capital and CEO, THOMAS P. LIMBERGER.

silverarrowcapital.com/about-us/manag…
Limberger used to work for Fresnius and GE.

He is also a MEMBER of CGI/#Clinton Global Initiative.

He's also a member of DAVOS and was on the board of a German venture capital fund created by #DeutscheBank
Putting Limberger aside for a minute, Fresenius also led me to a Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong of NanKwest.

Dr Soon invented Abraxane, a one-of-a-kind drug for the treatment of metastatic breast cancer, lung cancer and advanced pancreatic cancer.

He also founded a company called American Pharmaceutical Partners (APP), which he later sold to Fresenius in 2010 for $4.6 billion.
Oh gawd, Dr Soon has another company called NantHealth and a family "foundation" called the "Chan Soon-Shiong Family Foundation," and in 2014, they partnered with the #ClintonFoundation to launch "transformative healthcare initiatives."

Okay, it's getting late and I feel like I might be going down another DEEP rabbit hole, so i'll stop for now and continue the thread tomorrow.
More on Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong...

It appears that most of the money from his research foundation ends up going back into his OWN non-profits and businesses. Gee, who does that sound like? Did he learn it from the Clintons?

politico.com/story/2017/04/…
The article provides examples how his research money went back into his other ventures.

He also sat on #JoeBiden's cancer panel & donated to #HillaryClinton's campaign.

Most interesting is THIS little blurb. #Trump did NOT hire him, but DID meet w/ him at Trump Tower. #Honeypot
His "foundation" operations sure do resemble the Clinton's "foundations."

It appears he may have used employees of his foundations for his private businesses as well.
Here's another tidbit on Dr Soon. Makes me wonder if he's working here on behalf of China.
