Why didn't you do it during eight years of Obama, and especially in 2009-2010 when Democrats controlled both houses of Congress and the White House? The only accomplishment you have to show for your quarter century in Congress is the renaming of a Post Office building in Vermont.

He does run around adding amendments to others' bills and brings home the bacon, so his constituents are fine with him. The point is he has done nothing that makes him a leader. He has no real ideas that anyone else supports in Congress. He just capitalizes on his nuisance value.
