The 21st century feminists, does it ever occur to you that you have a brother, if not a father, if not a son, if not a male neighbour who you turn to whenever you need someone to help you replace the light bulb.

Why do you hold on to a bile just because your dad was buttering your mum, just because your childhood lover abandoned you for another girl, just because your ex played you with the girl next door. Why are you painting crimes with gender affiliated colours.

I don't think that femicides are on the rise, it's just that the world has turned in to a global village. These are the things we would never hear of when we were using letters as a means of communication. These killings are criminal.

And to my surprise there isn't an Antonym for Femicide.. what does that tell you? Does it mean that the masculine gender are not killed by their counterparts? What does that tell you? Femicide is a creation of few bitter people who have once been hurt by masculine gender .

Andinstead of approaching it with a sober mind, they approach it with a one sided reasoning that the girl child is targeted. As long as we approach all this incidences with such reasoning, we miss the reality. Killing of a woman or man is a murder crime.

Let us not exaggerate everything in the name of gender equality.. Tomorrow I will have a son, how I prepare the world now to receive him tomorrow is the prime concern.
