When you use a CBO Facebook allocates spend to the ad sets/ads that has the highest probability of converting at that specific time.
Because of this the ad sets/ads that get the most amount of spend rotate depending on their performance.
Obviously, it's not perfect but I definitely have seen better results using it compared to using traditional ad sets.
Using CBOs to scale is so much easier than using traditional ad sets.
You are able to increase budgets much faster with less volatility compared to normal ad sets.
Honestly, I can't imagine having to go back to using the normal ad sets, CBOs are so much better.
