I've said before I think DiGenova has been used to spin disinformation, but his parsing on this seems very interesting. He is talking about a report involving Comey alone, due out in 2 weeks. First listen to how he describes the report, "it is going to open on a very high note"
What might that high note be? Is it confirming Comey's role as a White Hat? That as Trey Gowdy & others have said, that the FBI did what it was supposed to do & that Comey will be viewed better in the future. Even if some FBI & DOJ individuals did not do the right thing.
DiGenova then follows that up by saying that the FIS Court has already ruled that FBI broke the law. We know that affiant lied & the Woods Procedures were not completed properly. But he did not single out Comey as one of the people who broke the law...
But when he starts naming individuals who broke the law & lied to the FISA Court? He names Obama's DAG, Sally Yates & John Carlin of the National Security Division. He doesn't name Comey...
I think DiGenova is mixing his predictions on the Comey report he says will be out in 2 weeks & the 99 page FISC ruling from April of 2017. I think when he says the FISA Court "has already ruled" about the 4 contractors spying on Republicans & Yates/Carlin lying. It's old news.
So the contractors & DOJ lying to FISC about this is DiGenova repeating the claims from that report while discussing a new report about Comey. Trying to get people to think this is a new bombshell from the new report. When that is an old bombshell...
