Here are the issues raised by Morrow’s request: 
Given recent activity on the death penalty at #SCOTUS, as well as Justice Sotomayor’s dissatisfaction with the way the court has addressed Hurst-related issues post-Hurst, it would be surprising to see the justices take up Morrow’s request.

Tonight’s scheduled execution of Scotty Morrow will be the fifth execution in the US this year, and the first in Georgia. Georgia’s last execution was almost exactly a year ago, on May 4, 2018.
Georgia has executed Scotty Morrow.
