That's when you think the whole world is watching you.
But when you accept that everyone has their own problems & that you're not special, you feel a sense of ease.
Because of the ego & Spotlight Effect.
'Huh?'

'What is the Spotlight Effect?'
It's when you think everyone is watching your moves.
You think you're under a figurative 'Spotlight'
You overthink your body language.
You think everyone is watching you
You treat your problems like they are 'special.'
Really is that simple.
But for other people?
They don't mean diddly squat.
Their brains are naturally wired to do that.
Your business went bankrupt & you lost all your money.
Your friend will feel sad for you, yes.
But then their brain will go back to worry about that speeding ticket they got recently.
It is.
But in many ways, this is good for you.
You can either feel upset that other people don't think about you as much as you think.
Or you can feel liberated.
1. You no longer treat your problems like they are special to others. Results? Anxiety drops.
2. You feel more bold to take risks that you were once too scared to take.
You feel a sense of ease.
The spotlight has dimmed.
You feel in control once more.
