Fear + Time = More Fear

Fear - Time = Progress

If you are scared of something, then waiting will only make you more scared.

Think less & do more.

Just begin & ask questions later.

Your subconscious mind will thank you.
In order for you to tackle a fear:

You need to not understand it to understand it.

'Huh??'

Yup.

This is the best way to handle business.

'Not following bro..'
What happens is that when we have a fear, our first thing to do is understand it.

Is that a bad thing?

No.

Can it be?

Yes.
When you try to understand something for too long, you get your logical brain engaged.

So you think.

And think.....

And think some more....
The more you are thinking, the more you are adding time onto that fear.

Now your level of thinking is leading you to OVERthink.

When you overthink, you under do.

When you under do, you exacerbate the fear.
'So how should I carry myself?'

If you are going to think, then think with purpose, then do.

'How do I think with purpose?'

By finding out why the fear exists.

THAT'S IT.
When your main goal is to see why the fear exists, you are thinking with direction.

This leads to less overthinking.

'Why does finding the why behind the fear matter?'

So you can take the next step.
When you find the 'why', you'll often realize that the root cause of your fear was silly or blown way out of proportion.

When you make this epiphany, you'll now take action!
You can take action by:

1. Trying to conquer the fear quickly.

Ex: A person with speech anxiety speaks to 500 people.

2. Trying to conquer the fear slowly.

Ex: A person with speech anxiety speaks to 5 ppl -> 10 ppl -> 15 ppl etc.
As you begin, now you'll have actual data, rather than the 'what if' scenarios in your overthinking phase.

Which is why you need to get your ass moving.

Make progress by doing, not thinking.
Doesn't matter what kind of fear it is, your subconscious mind will tackle it if you KEEP exposing yourself to it.

Face Everything And Rise

You got this.
Tackle a fear that you've been postponing.

Invest your time in it.

Soon, you'll laugh at how you were once scared.
