I've written a lot recently about how certain segments of the media tend to downplay, excuse, or ignore blatant anti-Semitism depending on the source of the Jew-hatred.
Unfortunately, several major media outlets decided to prove my point again over the last few days.

Now let's look at how major mainstream outlets handled the announcement. The NYT, which has had extensive issues with excusing and promoting anti-Semitism recently, wrote a whole article without mentioning her history of anti-Semtiism once: nytimes.com/2019/05/09/us/…

Washington Post? Same story. Didn't mention a word of her anti-Semitism or how she was forced to resign from Ploughshares find because of it. They simply labeled her a "Former CIA Operative and Trump critic"

CNN mentioned it, but their description is misleading. They write she resigned 'after apologizing for sharing on Twitter an anti-Semitic article that she said she had only "skimmed."'

This is insanity. Many of these outlets covered the controversy at the time so why would they now completely ignore a major aspect of her back-story when she is announcing a run for Congress as a Democrat?
