But Len, it has been months, months and months, twelve of them in fact, and it was meant to be an investigation, not an assessment. The Leave campaigns have not only been found guilty by the regulatory body, their court appeals, on the same, have all fallen. Fear the worst tbh.

There does appear to be a reluctance to not only discover but also to reveal the truth surrounding the activities of the Leave campaigns during the 2016 EU referendum. We can only speculate as to why there is this reluctance.
