The Home Office will argue that under the BNA 1981 I am a British citizen regardless of the Good Friday Agreement and that the UKG does not have to uphold it's obligations to an international agreement unless its been passed by Parliament & implemented into UK legislation.
They will argue that the courts do not have the power to force the government to uphold its commitments and obligations to the Good Friday Agreement or any international agreement.

This letter from immigration minister Caroline Nokes backs up the position of the Home Office and states;
"Our view is that an international agreement such as the Belfast Good Friday Agreement cannot supersede domestic legislation"
