I WAS going to vote against the racist maniac who happens to be one of the stupidest people on the planet, but after his opponents held him accountable for his crimes, his friends let him off the hook, and now he’s saying that makes him innocent, and that’s good enough for me.
I was going to vote for the extremely smart lady who has bold but reasonable detailed plans to address every major problem facing us but then I found out that she made some money in her career so now I think I’ll vote for the mobbed up slumlord who lives inside a golden brick.
Yes, and every single person who says it unironically is lying about the first part.

Politicians who say things like “immigrant invasions destroy our culture” & claiming that doesn’t lead to violence against immigrants also seem to think eggs and desserts will lead to violence against them.

So we see, they know what they’re doing—which is the point of the eggs.
Just showing up for a performance review as the Housing Secretary and basically asking “what is housing?” and then acting like it’s a big joke and then returning to your work, which is kicking people out of their housing in the name of personal accountability.
Breaking: This is not, in fact, the problem.

This is my rep. I have conflicted feelings about him to say the least.

But props for this. It shouldn’t take moral courage to state the simple truth, but it does. And that’s what he’s showing.
I don’t think he’ll regret doing it.

I think there are many who will regret not doing it.
Guys, I want to be careful. He votes with Trump like 90% and his politics suck hard. I’m not voting for him.

I now believe his bad politics are in good faith, though—and that by itself distinguishes him from every other member of his garbage party.

We really need to talk more about #abortion as an option for women.
It's hard to say this and hard to hear it for many, but just because you discover you are pregnant doesn't mean you must carry that pregnancy to term. Your decision will last the rest of your life--and the rest of the life of any child you decide to carry to term.

And no, I am not advocating #abortion.
I'm advocating thinking about parenthood & all it entails.
Because once you have a child, you can't just walk away from that life.
And women/girls are talked into maintaining pregnancies every day.
More discussion would change that.

That order was quickly stayed—the woman’s attorney says she thinks the judge was blindsided by the prosecutor—but there’s more at issue.
It is *shocking* how many states don’t have laws that protect rape survivors who choose to carry pregnancies conceived in rape to term.
