You are correct but of course this was not mentioned by you or any of the other collusion conspiracy theorist at the time because of the need to conflate Manafort/Kilimink with Russian Collusion. Mueller didn’t accuse Manafort of Russian Collusion, you hacks and Steele did.
In truth and in fact, Manafort’s only crimes were committed long before he joined the Campaign and they were committed with the help of Obama’s WH Lawyer, who was referred by Mueller and is about to go on trial. But of course, the hacks on Twitter and the media don’t mention that
The charges levied by Mueller against Manafort are completely different than the allegations Steele made against Manafort, which is just further evidence about how wrong Steele and the origins of the investigation into the Trump Campaign were.
