It was a good morning in court. In Damore v. Google (originally filed w/lead plaintiff @JamesADamore), Superior Court denied Google’s demurrer/motion to strike/judgment on the pleadings and allowed the lawsuit to proceed to discovery. We have a ton of work ahead. Today, thankful!

Particularly thankful to @JamesADamore, thrust into this situation by the malicious acts of many SJWs, & who bravely decided to stand up & fight. His individual case is in arbitration (Google since changed its policy & no longer requires this) but other claims move forward.

Going to court tomorrow in the Google class action case challenging Google's anti-conservative, quota-mongering employment practices. The court issued tentative rulings on Google's various motions, & they went our way. Google challenged the tentatives, & so we prepare for battle!
Thank you all for the kind wishes! It's been a year and a half since we filed suit. Lawyers in at least 3 different Biglaw offices worked on the multiple motions Google filed. This is a true David and Goliath battle. The odds are long but the cause of equality keeps us focused!

It took the @CA_DMV 5 months, and the nudging of politician's office on my behalf, to get them to deliver my Real ID. Meanwhile, they hole-punched my ID and I was unable to use it to get into federal court & had to carry my passport. But non-citizens ... sacbee.com/news/politics-…?

/3 and no, I don't think the DMV purposefully delayed issuing my Real ID. However, it was a rude and third-world experience to go there with all my proper documents, get shuffled from line to line and curt agent to agent, to be told I would get my ID in four weeks, and then nada.

Seema Misra is in court with Jo Hamilton. Seema was sent to prison whilst pregnant in 2010. She is a former Subpostmaster at West Byfleet. Jo has a conviction for false accounting from her time as Subpostmaster at South Warnborough.
