I am a black man, born and raised in America—so I am no evangelist for the FBI. I know my history. But if you are a candidate for office and a foreign power offers you dirt on an opponent, you call the FBI. If only to save yourself from criminal liability!
What @DavidJollyFL said about Trump’s admission that he’ll accept foreign interference was solid. Trump was eminently impeachable before that remark, but he crossed a new line yesterday—and he did it in the Oval Office. Inaction just looks like compliance.
