In March, Stephen Miller had Donald cut off $450 million in aid to El Salvador, Guatamala, Honduras. Money that was supposed to help promote economic development and reduce violence. For every 10 homicides in a town in any of the 3 countries, 6 more people attempt to cross over.

Call them by any name, these places where kids wear “uniforms”, have numbers on their arms, are not allowed to play soccer, have no soap or toothbrushes, are denied human touch. They are guarded, and dare not step out of line. Their beds are worth 750 dollars a night to donors.
