2 1/2 minutes summarizing the "blue-ocean strategy" for business.

In espionage & crime, you could conceivably use the same strategy to exploit new weaknesses & new "markets," especially with emerging technologies.

But what if counterintel gets there 1st?
What if the emerging technologies just *happen* to have inherent flaws - at least for your nefarious purposes?

Bitcoin/cryptocurrency blockchain is a permanent, public, online record of every transaction.

Commercial encryption is utterly vulnerable to advanced decryption.
Botnets are a vast archive of intelligence and evidence which can be used against you, and leave an immense data trail.

A vast amount of malware can be tracked in its activities, and back to you.
Engaging in a torrent of criminal & intelligence activities online, far from overwhelming systems, means everything can be recorded, and these embarrassingly parallel problems are far to easy to unravel with very basic parallel processing.

The problems are literally made for it.
And if you've spent decades trying to cover your tracks online, that malware map goes back potentially years if not decades.

And all this information, fare from being unfathomable, is *made* for the unlimited capacity of quantum search to sift out and analyze your actions.
Evolutionary algorithms can be used in psychological warfare - just keep using & reshuffling misinformation, provocation & other "stimuli" until you get the reactions you want.

But the *inventor* explained it was beyond suicidal.

Repeatedly. Years ago.
And so your blue ocean turns red.
