 Dear @estNATO @MoD_Estonia & @MFAestonia: The official #LanguageLearning site (keeleklikk) doesn't work on mobile; the fact we need a 6-page download to troubleshoot Flash is telling. @duolingo has no classes yet, so we're making do with a mix of EKI, Youtubers, and helpful
2/x colleagues to get by. @LV_NATO & @LithuaniaMFA we have the same issues with #Latvia & #Lithuania as with #Estonia, wanting to learn but finding few mobile resources and no Duolingo options.
You are important allies. Please help us with mobile #teaching so we can study and
3/x visit and socialize and study your history and enjoy trying your cultures like good guests - namely, language skills - so we're not helpless or tiresome to the people we'll meet around town or in uni.

Becoming rich or wealthy is a "long thing" with its own set of rules that many people are not ready to play by.

This is about how to stop struggling financially.
If you struggle financially, it is because of any of the reasons below:

(1) You make a lot of money but you figure out a way to spend it all.

(2) You don't make any money at all

(3) You don't make enough money.
If reason No.1 is you, your problem is obvious. You simply need to learn how to keep more of what you are making and invest it to get the money to make you more.

I can't teach you that. People like @tosinolaseinde will help you out in that area.

Today the Science & Technology Select Committee published its report about regulating social media. Here it is: parliament.uk/business/commi… Couple of thoughts. #Thread
It’s not bad. It says that platforms should have a ‘duty of care’, for kids using their services - such as default high privacy & filtering certain harmful content. Also wants Ofcom to be regulate that duty, so it can check if they’re up to scratch & fine if not. Reasonable, imho
Other positives: mandatory PHSE classes, more data for researchers, tech companies should invest in AI responses to ‘deep fakes’ (first time a Select Committee has brought this up perhaps?). I can get behind all this. (Check this deep fake: )

It’s fitting that the #eurovision theme this year is #AllAboard as we are talking about abortion laws in the participating countries, and many in Ireland have to ‘take the boat’ to access abortion care.
The #Allaboard #eurovision theme is supposed to symbolise the connectivity across Europe, there are several examples of people travelling from one country to another such as Poland to Germany as well as Ireland to Britain, The Netherlands and others.
