My mentions haven’t experienced peace since yesterday.

So let me ask the question in a different way - what part of Pastor Adeboye’s message can a woman who was raped or been the victim of abuse of power hold on to for comfort/succour/healing?
If you say he chose *this* particular moment to address fornication, adultery and temptation, ok fine. But what in his message was for the victims of rape? Is the Lord no longer nigh unto them that are broken-hearted?
Pastor Poju addressed the issue head on, Pastor Tony also did. Even the PFN did. Why did Pastor Adeboye not say even a sentence of comfort to rape victims? It would have cost nothing and would have gone even if only some tiny way in providing some succour for those women. Why?
So I ask again - what part of his message can a woman who was raped (by a pastor, no less) hold on to for comfort or some healing?
Ok, after hundreds of comments, this is my summary - Pastor Adeboye acknowledged that the matter ‘on ground’ is rape but he chose to leave that part to CAN/PFN. He then chose to speak on a completely different matter.

For now, he has nothing to say to rape victims .
