If you want to know how much “qualified immunity” protects police from federal lawsuits for their actions, all you need to do is to look at this dissenting appeals court opinion from today in a case out of Georgia. media.ca11.uscourts.gov/opinions/pub/f…
Criticism of the sweeping — and ever-expanding — scope of qualified immunity protections for law enforcement is bipartisan. Here’s a @CatoInstitute video describing their problems with it:

There is a whole lot to take in here, an ambitious, wide-ranging plan to address racism, racial disparities, and other race-related questions in America.
The criminal justice section alone would be an ambitious, wide-ranging plan:
Among the commitments Pete Buttigieg makes in the criminal justice section of his plan are cutting the prison population in half, ending federal drug possession prison sentences, reforming federal clemency, and supporting an end to the death penalty.

I've been reviewing these lately (mostly for clients who ask us to help build their team, but occasionally for designers who ask nicely).

There are important things that many designers miss, especially early career folks.
#1 No sense of timeline.

When did each project happen and how long did each one take?

Hiring managers need to know when in your career each project takes place. Was it your first project out of school? Is it your most recent work? They shouldn't be left to wonder.
Also, inside each case study, what order did each step happen in? Was it strictly linear, or did you iterate (research, prototype, test, learn some stuff, researched some more, prototyped again, tested again, learned more…)?

Why not use some sort of calendar to help?

Michael Cohen, as Republicans pointed out multiple times, has a long history of financial malfeasance and fraud. As Vice Chair of the finance committee of the RNC, did he utilize any of those learned and practiced behaviors on behalf of the party?
