I am sure a good portion of them are bots. Some are Trump supporters and libertarian trolls pretending to have progressive values. It really does not matter why or who they are, they should simply be blocked. Engaging with them amplifies their poison 2/

These absolutists who try to extort support by threatening to quit have already quit. They remind me of the violent protesters in Portland who ran amok after Trump was elected. Half of them didn't vote.

They don't want an end to ICE terrorism. They want to oppose ICE terrorism performatively, but not with votes, compromise, and the work of politics. That's too much work and it doesn't play nearly so well as performance art 6/6
