1. @Deloitte has signed over $100 million in contracts with ICE since Trump took office

What is the company doing for ICE? It won't say.

But I've obtained internal emails and other info that reveals @Deloitte's role in Trump's brutal policies

@Deloitte doesn't dispute Brown's LinkedIn profile contradicts their internal emails & public statements about its ICE work

But @Deloitte told me Brown's LinkedIn profile "doesn't accurately reflect his responsibilities"

This makes no sense.

Why would Brown claim his responsibilities include "detention bed space utilization and optimization" if @Deloitte doesn't do that?

Keep in mind that the last time Trump targeted members of Congress with a racist attack (10 days ago) most Republicans DEFENDED him. The official GOP line was that Trump wasn't being racist and, in fact, the people who he was targeting were the real racists.

1. I'm very skeptical of these latest nods toward impeachment by Nadler.

Let me explain.

2. Nadler says he's going to sue to compel McGahn and potentially others to testify. He also wants the grand jury information.

The premise to all of this is that there is not currently enough information to justify impeachment.
3. I think that's wrong but there is a bigger problem.

TIME.

Time is not on the Democrats' side.

There are 15 months until the next election.

Now we are setting up a process of lengthy litigation to see if we can get some witnesses before impeachment can be considered.

(1) Strzok used the term #InsurancePolicy to refer to the Obama admin's plan to oust Trump from office.

It's also the name of Anthony Weiner's laptop folder containing 1,000s of Hillary emails, incl classified info she thought she had destroyed.

This tells me several things:
(2) I don't think Weiner and Strzok knew the other one saw their respective plans as insurance. Each was insuring against a different outcome & the use of the term was likely coincidental. I just find it deliciously ironic. Weiner (& Abedin) tried to protect themselves from HRC.
(3) Whether Hillary won the election or not, Weiner & Abedin were smart to retain (some of) her emails to use as leverage in either self-preservation (by blackmailing her if the need arose) or to use as leverage if authorities were ever to come knocking.
