If you're looking for a stat to explain the impeachment vote for Democrats in the House:

Democrats who voted to consider impeachment represent districts where Clinton won by 43 points.

Democrats who voted to table impeachment represent districts where Clinton won by 17 points.
95 Democrats voted to consider impeachment today, more than the 66 last January.

But the movement is in the half of the Dem caucus that represents more liberal districts:

January 2018:
53% of liberal half
18% of moderate half

Today:
66% of liberal half
15% of moderate half
A key data point on the House vote on impeachment:

Of the 92 House Dems representing the most liberal districts, 64 voted to consider impeachment.

Of the 92 House Dems representing the most moderate districts, only 5 (!) voted to consider impeachment.
(Anyway, these stats according to some quick analysis using Cook Political Report's partisan voting index ratings by Congressional district from 2019.)
