It's summer.
Everyone wants to get abs, a razor-sharp jawline, and striations.
And if you're not quite where you want to be yet, then this thread will REALLY help kick you up a couple of levels.
Let's go:
Ideally this isn't too intense, otherwise it will interfere with weight training, and you'll lose muscle.
But walking?
Cycling?
Jump rope?
They're all great.
This is BOUND to speed up your fat loss, assuming you hold calories constant.
Next:
Why?
Because when your eating window is as narrow as this (23:1), it's hard NOT TO be in a huge calorie deficit.
But there's two caveats to this:
1) You need to make sure you're getting enough protein in, which can be hard, and;
2)...
So how do you bridge the gap and keep hunger down?
Now, I don't recommend drinking black coffee in the afternoon, as it'll screw with your sleep.
But morning coffee?
Get plenty.
Then in the afternoon, switch to 1-2 tea/green tea.
This will really help to push through the 23 hrs.
Next:
And focus instead on purely:
Meat, fish, eggs, veggies, and fruit pre and post workout.
Doing this will REALLY drop the weight off you quickly.
I don't recommend making this change at the same time as the daily cardio - one at a time, as needed.
Both still and sparkling.
Both will help to keep you full throughout the day (especially sparkling), and I highly recommend this trick:
Down a large cup of water before your main meal/s.
It'll keep you under control when you're hungry.
Finally:
- Leaner
- Better looking
- Healthier
- More chiselled
- Happier
- More confident
