Ooh! Someone spent some time on the charter line; so, it is higher (at $115M), does NOT allocate ALL only to increasing enrollment (whew), but allocates $7.5M SPECIFICALLY for increasing enrollment,
AND, $7.5M specifically for districts spending more 9% of foundation where ALSO:
“which chapter 70 aid under section 3 of this act as a percentage of the district’s foundation budget is below the total state chapter 70 aid under section 3 of this act as a percentage of the total state foundation budget”
(which I need to think about to a less lively soundtrack, but let’s assume a wave to Boston is in order here)
There IS federal impact aid ($1.4M); $3.1M for recovery high schools; circuit breaker is $345M.
