Grasping at straws maybe, but at least I won't have to avoid watching PMQs with Theresa May anymore.
Corbyn is doing the everyone-chant-at-once about the poor govt record thing. Dreadful at any point. Worse when hardly any of them will join him.
Fucking hell this is terrible. I can't wait to never watch these two debate each other ever again.
Corbyn would have done better to portray May as wrong but honourable today, so as to compare Boris unfavourably with her tomorrow.
It wouldn't really have been accurate. She's been plenty dishonourable in the past. But it would have been more effective.
And it would have made for a more appetising spectacle, given she's off.
May ends her final exchange with Corbyn actually very well. "As a party leader who has accepted when her time has come, perhaps the time has come for him to do the same".
Funny. Cameron ended his time with a similar exchange: "For heaven's sake man, go."
