The appointment of one B Johnson as the UK's Prime Minister marks one of the lowest moments in the history of the country. It is a kick in the teeth for progress and all those who have worked for it over the years. #FBPE
Let us start by stating the clear & obvious fact. He is not a Prime Minister. He is a puppet. He has not been elected, he has been placed there by money & power. It is the only way in fact they could get their man into no. 10. It has been on the cards for years. 2/
Why do they want him there? Because he is a capitalist fundamentalist like them, a puppet that will do the bidding of his corporate paymasters all of whom will be set to accumulate extreme wealth as he gives them the country's wealth. 3/
There will be promises to the public of "investment" in this and that but all he will be doing is handing out contracts to companies to buy things, own things and run things. As many of us knew, brexit was all about selling the keys to the country. 4/
Never mind what one does see with this insidious corrupt pretender, the more dangerous activity will take place out of sight, underhanded deals whilst filling the media with distraction, more sleight of hand than Houdini. Slowly & surely the country will be sold off. 5/
Sovereignty? Ha... the country will be controlled by boardrooms and bankers, mostly abroad, whilst paid for politicians will give the illusion of government so that all those Leave voters continue to buy the scam. 6/
Democracy? Ha, gone. To some people they will even believe the ranting claims that this zealot authoritarian will make for his apparent love for democracy in spite of the fact he wasn't elected to office. 7/
He was dangerous before. He is more dangerous now, a danger to our nation, our nation's wealth, our nation's health, a danger to civilized society, to freedom of expression. He is an horrific regressive toxin poisoning our society. 8/
We may not see the headlines. How does one attach a headline to every act of sexist abuse, racial abuse, the abuse of human rights or workers rights, the sins derived from bigotry, discrimination and hatred. 9/
How do you attach a headline to every addition instance of anger, within homes, in the street, the road rage. How do we report every instance of crime that originates in hardship, oppression, hopelessness, desperation. Most will be unseen, but it will be there. 10/
He is not a leader. He has no accountability to the people, nor do his sycophants who no doubt are even more desperately prostrating & prostituting themselves for the promise of higher office, power, more power, more privilege, more money. 11/
The only people who have accountability to the people... is the people. We make the country what it is and increasingly it will be our responsibility. 12/
So as much as this puppet politician pretends to lead, attempting to live out his fantasy of being his Churchill idol, essentially the country will be a function of the people. We advance in spite of them. Look around, you can see it. The signs are there. 13/
There will be some people who remain in the past. However the majority will push forward and leave them behind. Canute can not hold back the tide of enlightenment. He will be ignored. Oh the irony, ultimately, it is us who will... take back control. #FBPE ✌🏼
